Where we are engaged to provide cleaning services, that engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement, contract or accepted quotation between you and Maint-Kleen. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails in relation to the services.

Any confirmed scope of work, pricing, schedule, service frequency, manpower arrangement, exclusions and special requirements must be agreed separately in writing by Maint-Kleen.

6. Capacity and Authority

By submitting an enquiry or information to us, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to do so. Where you submit an enquiry on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf and to provide the information submitted. Where you provide personal data about another individual, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information for the relevant purpose.

7. Enquiries and Submitted Information

When you submit an enquiry, contact form, email, job application or other information to us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
