6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each processes certain personal data on our behalf, as described below:
- Vercel — hosts this website and delivers its pages. Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, are processed to serve the site and keep it secure. Vercel is operated by Vercel Inc.

Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing our office location. When you open that page, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in your browser, in accordance withGoogle's Privacy Policy. This is the only feature on our website that sets third-party cookies, and you can block it through your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — which are used to deliver the website and keep it secure, as described in Section 6.
If we introduce website analytics in future, we will update this Privacy Policy to name the provider and explain what is collected before doing so.

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These include restricting access to personal data to staff who need it, and requiring confidentiality from our employees and service providers.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. By submitting information to us online, you acknowledge this risk.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, or that is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required under the PDPA.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
The appropriate retention period may vary depending on the nature of the personal data, the purpose for which it was collected, and our legal, contractual, operational and business requirements.
When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy or anonymise it in accordance with our internal practices and applicable legal requirements.
